The Robbins Motel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Upon booking a reservation we do take a 50% deposit for reservations more than one night. For reservations of just one night we do charge the entire stay upon booking.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A $25 processing fee will be charged to all cancellations. Group booking of 3 or more rooms require at least 14 days notice to cancel with refund minus the processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
